Use our simple booking form to schedule your drone roof imagery service. You’ll pay securely online when you book, and receive a confirmation email with all the details. The fixed £99 price includes VAT — there are no hidden fees or upsells.
2. OPERATOR ATTENDS WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS OF BOOKING
A qualified, insured drone operator will visit your property within three working days of booking. The service is completely contact-free — you don’t need to be home, and there’s no need to grant access. The operator will complete the flight externally and work efficiently to stay on schedule.
3. YOUR ROOF IS PHOTOGRAPHED IN DETAIL
Using a CAA-approved sub-250g drone, the operator captures a full set of high-resolution images covering all slopes, ridges, gutters, chimneys, and flashings. As many photos as required are taken to ensure complete coverage, with optional focus on any areas you’ve requested in the booking form.
4. IMAGERY READY FOR DOWNLOAD WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ATTENDANCE
Once the flight is complete, all images are reviewed, processed, and uploaded to a secure link. You’ll receive an email within 12 hours of attendance with direct access to download your files in full resolution — ready to share with contractors, roofers, or insurers.

Can I request specific areas to focus on?
Yes. When booking, you can note any areas of concern — for example, a suspected leak, damaged flashing, or a damp patch. The operator will prioritise capturing extra detail in those areas.
Do you provide a roof inspection report or professional advice?
No. We supply photographic imagery only. We do not assess roof condition or offer repair advice. You can share the images with a qualified roofer or surveyor for interpretation.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
If high winds, rain, or poor visibility make it unsafe to fly, your appointment will be automatically rescheduled for the next available weather window within three working days.
Are your operators qualified and insured?
Yes. All flights are carried out by CAA-approved, insured drone operators under Northpoint360’s commercial authorisation and liability cover.
How do I receive my images?
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link to view and save all full-resolution images. There are no limits on the number of photos provided — you’ll get everything needed for complete coverage.

Currently, we serve Leeds and surrounding towns. Coverage will expand to additional regions during 2026.
How much does a drone roof survey or roof photography cost?
Our service is a fixed £99 including VAT for residential properties. This covers a complete set of high-resolution roof photos — no hourly rates, call-out fees, or hidden extras.
Are drone roof photos legal in the UK?
Yes. Drone roof photography is fully legal when carried out by a CAA-approved and insured operator following all UK air-safety regulations. All Leeds Roof Imaging flights are performed under Northpoint360’s commercial authorisation.
Can drone photography show roof damage?
Yes — high-resolution aerial photos can reveal issues such as cracked tiles, blocked gutters, or damaged flashing. However, we provide imagery only and do not diagnose or advise on roof condition. You can share the images with your chosen roofer or surveyor for professional assessment.
How accurate are drone roof photos?
Our drones capture 48-megapixel images, providing extremely detailed visuals of every part of the roof. The imagery is clear enough to show missing tiles, cracks, moss build-up, or flashing issues.
Can I use the images for insurance or repair quotes?
Yes. The imagery is ideal for insurance claims, repair quotes, and maintenance documentation. You can forward the download link or attach the images directly to claim forms or contractor requests.
How long does a roof photography appointment take?
Most flights take 15–30 minutes, depending on roof size and visibility. We capture as many images as required for complete coverage, then leave immediately to process and upload the files.
Will the drone operator knock on my door?
No. The service is entirely contact-free. The operator will conduct the flight from a safe external location without disturbing occupants or neighbours.
Can I get a video of my roof instead of just photos?
Yes. A short 4K aerial video can be added by request at the time of booking. It’s ideal for visual records or insurance documentation.
